My Thesis' Abstract
I am an environmental psychologist and interested in individuals’ perceptions of climate change and their responses to it. In climate change research the dominant response strategies are adaptation and mitigation. While historically the focus has been on mitigation, recent years have seen a surge of interest for adaptation. Studies investigating intention to perform and support for both adaptation and mitigation measures are scarce and my PhD is aimed at closing this gap.
